Hi, all.  Thanks for stopping by!  This thread will present a nice selection of Pre-Code Horror from the walk-in vault of A-1 Comics.  Most will be priced at or below current Overstreet.  All are guaranteed to be unrestored.  Payment to A-1 Comics may be by PayPal, Cashier’s Check, USPS Money Order, business/personal check (but please allow up to ten days for your check to clear), or cash (in-store pickup only).  Payment must be received within seven calendar days of being invoiced (unless other arrangements have been agreed to via PM).  All books will be shipped from A-1 Comics within three business days of your payment (fully insured with delivery or signature confirmation).  The exact cost of shipping will be added to your order.  Returns will be cheerfully accepted (provided that you alert me to the return via PM within one week of receipt), but the cost of shipping and return shipping will be on you.  International buyers are welcomed.  Miscreants, wankers, and folks currently on probation are not.

The Beyond #30 (Ace; Jan 1955).  Grade = 4.0 VG to 4.5 VG+ white.  Price = $55.

This copy is from a large original owner collection known locally as the Petaluma Collection.  The collection was kept in a chicken coop (Petaluma was once known as "The Egg Capital of the World"), and many of these nearly-pristine books suffered moisture and/or rodent damage.  I've had several of the nibbled/chewed books certified.  I've included scans of a few of those certified books below, so you can get an idea of how CGC treats this particular defect.
