2019 Green Eggs Grading Contest Round 06 - Commentary

Carnage!   Book 11 destroyed a lot of streaks. Some received their FIRST NEGATIVE SCORE of the contest. Others DROPPED OUT OF THE TOP TEN for the first time.

From out of the wreckage stepped forward a single contestant with Double Bullseyes... @TheGeneral, now on the verge of breaking into the Top Ten for the first time. 

Congrats to @ElrodAllWrong for once again RETAINING HIS HOLD ON First Place. 

The Mathematically Eliminated Line has now appeared on the board. STAY ABOVE IT. 

You have FOUR ROUNDS LEFT TO MAKE YOUR MOVE.

These were both greatly overgraded. Those who thought Invaders was 9.6 (or even 9.4)... wow,

wooowee, did i miss this one.  i had the invaders - which looks more squished than someone in the middle seat between two NFL lineman - as an 8.5, mostly because i saw what looked all the world to me like a number of creases, especially on the bottom of the top staple.  :tonsofbricks:

the AA 89 i vacillated between a 4.0 and a 3.5.  those creases on the cover and that giant honking stain on the back would have kept it out of VG+ territory for me personally
