How Would A Printing Defect On One Interior Page Affect Grade

I have this beautiful Savage She-Hulk #1. From looking at the covers it's around a 9.2, maybe a 9.0 at the worst. Then when I open it up I see a pretty bad corner fold on one of the pages. When I inspect it a little closer I notice it's not only a corner fold but a major printing error. I know the trimming of covers is considered restoration and a major no-no and I'm guessing this applies to interior pages too.

Question #1: Is the trimming of interior pages considered restoration and should never be done?

Question #2: If the page can't be trimmed should I just leave it as is?

Question #3: If this comic was a 9.2 how far do you think the grade will go down because of this printing defect? 6.5? 6.0? Lower?
