LOL. Probably so. As I've gotten older my nearsightedness (viewing at a distance?) has greatly improved. Unfortunately I'm now farsighted. I can't read items off a restaurant menu. But I always forgot to bring my reading glasses. So I have to borrow my wife's spare in her purse. They have pink frames and the broken frame is attached by tape. I probably get a lot of funny looks, but if so, I can't see them.

I’ll see if I can pull them up. There’s a pretty nasty tear on the right edge that would bring it down.
