it doesn't seem clear what you're asking.

If you want to submit a comic, just fill out a form online, print it out, and mail it with your comic to CGC. (of course with payment).  It doesn't really matter if its in the system yet.  They'll put it in.

 

If you have other questions, probably better to contact CGC directly, they have a website where you can find the email or phone number to use.  (also the submission forms are there too)

I had the same thing with Absolute Carnage Immortal Hulk 1 Keowon variant. I "added" it manually in each line on the online form then emailed customer service about getting the Hulk marvel label for it. No problem. Customer service was quick to respond and got it taken care of.
