I'll guess 7.0/7.5 range. Nice book! The spot looks to be a perfect circle and is over the price box...I would think there was a price sticker there that fell off at some point.

Between 7.5 and 8.0.  Probably 7.5 

CGC hammers stains, but that's not that bad a stain and the book is otherwise 9.0ish.

I see two spine-ticks and slight fraying on the outside front cover. VF- for me 7.5
