BLUE RIBBON COMICS #7 CGC 5.5. Very nice copy of this early MLJ with a bizarre bondage-torture cover. Bright colors, very flat tight copy... I estimated it at 6.5 and am quite surprised it didn't grade higher. Scarce in grade; hate to see it go.
