Slight foxing on High grade bronze age book

How will a slight amount of foxing on the back cover affect the grade. I read that the grade should start at 9.4 at best. Is that true ?

I got this on eBay by the way. As you can see, the foxing is only visible when looking real close. Not slab worthy anymore...

The seller never mentioned it. I am returning the collection I bought for a refund. All have foxing.

I thought it was impossible to do that

Yeah, I thought so too. My observations of life is, everything is impossible until someone figures it out.

Been so busy pressing my brains out, I haven't had the time to do the research.

They don't go away every time, and I'm not sure why it works half the time and the other time half of the time it doesn't, yet.
