Any ideas to what extent a missing piece of an interior page (not affecting the art) affects the grade? Example below:

If the book is in the VF range, I would say it bumps it 0.5-1.0. So if the books looks 7.5, I would say the piece missing bumps to a 7.0 at least.

this it would have a more impact on the higher grades but less of a impact on lower grade books.

Agreed if it's already a mid/low grade book, I doubt there'd be much of an effect.
