Incorrect Label 0

So I purchased a copy of Amazing Spiderman 802. The CGC grading label lists it as “Virgin variant cover D.”  It came with a Cert of Authenticity from the seller, but the COA does not differentiate between trade dress and virgin. After review and comparison, it’s clearly the trade dress version but CGC graded as the Virgin copy. Do I need to send back for re-grading? What does this error mean?

If it is incorrect, you can send it in to get re-slabbed. It's just a clerical error if true.

Collect all your info and pictures, write out a thorough and complete message, and email it all to CGC customer service.  They have paid customer service representative employees who will apprise you of your potential options, and walk you through resolution processes if they are appropriate.
