path4play
Happy with grade, darn-it if I can't fit the slab into my storage boxes. fyi, the white marks are scuffs on new slab, not cover defects... Randall Dowling
This happened to me with a Diary Secrets once. It bothered me so much I cracked it out. Actually, I was probably going to crack it out anyway but the extra large slab didn't help.

Lukesaurus
If you were to crack it and resubmit , would they still put it in a magazine slab ?

GreatCaesarsGhost
I got the same unpleasant shock when this one arrived. I walked it into a Wizard show where CGC was set up, and they said this book is too big for a normal slab, sorry Hutch88

gino2paulus2
If they could figure out a way to center the book in the slab it wouldn't be as bad imo but they seemingly never can because they always have to use the wedge. Makes it look off which is the reason I too don't like the magazine slabs. That and they are hard to store obviously.

And its not mine has any serious spine roll - perhaps a press would get it to fit? Keep posting your Comics in Magazine Slabs. Yes, as too wide to fit in my safety deposit box. gino2paulus2

Tbone911t
Might try to have the spine roll fixed and resub, or just put it in mylar. Larryw7

AnkurJ
Have CCS press it! They’ll be happy to do it and get it into a regular slab 😉
Artboy99
clearly CGC needs a slab between their standard size and magazine size. I received a book back that appears squeezed into a normal size slab and I find myself wishing it was in a magazine slab (if those are my only choices) as this book is so tight in the slab it is buckling. See the top... Mak420 and mustang33guy 1

SuperBird
Those oversized slabs deserve an acronym: OSOD (Oversized Slab O' Death)
