Will there be any witnesses at Starrcast 4 in Baltimore? 1 1

I was wondering if there are going to be any witnesses at Starrcast 4 in Baltimore. I have many magazines I would love to get signed and get graded with the yellow label.

A little more information.

Where is it, when is it, a URL link perhaps.

Baltimore is my back yard.  Depending on when/where, I may look into it.

Also, who are you looking to get signatures from.  Sounds expensive.
