Thoughts on this Sketch and Sig? 0

Hey everyone,

I bought a small collection from an older gentleman last week and he mentioned that he had some original art. While searching through the box that came in the mail I stumbled across what looks to be a sketch and signature by Stan Lee. There was no coa attached to it, but just wanted to get the opinion of the boards and see what everyone thinks, legit or not?

Don't sell this art to the Brothers Donnelly.  They'll only list it as a Spider-Man's original design that Stan drew for Ditko . . .
