Structurally, a solid 4.0 VG.  Downgraded for post-production "enhancements" (inked eyeglasses, mustaches, scars) to front cover characters.

First issue.  Includes a 7-page "Yardbirds" story by the one-and-only Dan DeCarlo.  Very clean.  Spine 75% split, but cover still attached at both staples.
