Maybe the artist phoned it in. If it's the same one that drew Invaders 1 I'm not surprised. I had a nice raw 9.4 and got rid of it as I couldn't stand the artwork even to fully read it once.

Even a flawless copy of that book should be graded a 0.5 based on the artwork-

Paid $5 for my copy think I got 50 cents for it. In reality I'd probably would have paid someone $5 to take it off my hands 😀

Simpler style but easier on the eye than Robbins' super-hero artwork.
