Ever been happy a cover did NOT reflect what actually happened in the actual book? 0

At first, I thought this book was going to be another Conan fights and kills a giant evil creature.  But it turned out the "evil creature" was not evil or violent.  He was the misunderstood and abused "beast boy" in a traveling freak show, who was actually sweet and gentle, and had a crush on Conan's ex-flame Alhambra.   Halfway through I started to like the "beast boy" and thought, "ohhh no, brace for the inevitable cover, where Conan beats the S### out oof someone.  But then.... a miracle!!  No fight, no confrontation.  Eventually the hairy lovestruck lad wound up getting the love of his life... while for once Conan got friend zoned!

Superior Spider-Man #20. Couldn't have been more opposite in my opinion. Also a good laugh reading it too!
