it can't hurt it but, honestly I wouldn't bother with it. It's not going to bring it up significantly & its going to be low grade either way...the value just isn't there with this book in this condition

I'm think a 4.0 as well. Pressing may help to flatten out the water damage, but I don't see it getting much better. Good find though!
