First off, gorgeous book.  Congrats!

Secondly, I agree with the above on that it's a 9.8.  9.9's are incredibly hard to attain and what detracts from the 'mint' category for me is the teeny crunch you can see at the very bottom of the spine - especially on the pic of the back cover (you can see it in the white).  It's a gorgeous copy, but I don't see it being a 9.9 if nothing else because of that.

Its s a gorgeous copy, though!  To me it's a solid 9.8!  Send it off for the TM signing and cross your fingers, though!

Bottom corner = 9.8 tops.  Though who knows, the pizza delivery guys at Proper Grade eXaggerated might give it a 9.9.

I agree with the 9.4-9.6.  Looks like there is a small color break towards the bottom of the spine by the black area on the cape.
