I just picked it up today at my LCS, and was pretty excited to happen upon a decent raw copy within my price range. While it presents well, the big area of concern are 4 tears along the RFC. The tears appear to range .5-.75 inches in length. There is also a small tear on the bottom one of the inner pages, as well as some wear inside that I believe is due to a printing defect (wishful thinking possibly).
