Please Grade My 3 Moderns!

Hey,

I know these aren't worth much at all and I'm not grading for value purposes, but more for comparison and I'm curious to certain things. I want to see if my grades were correct as well, so this way I can give more accurate gradings when trying to help out others! I have my reasons!

 

Anyways, to all of those kind enough to give these a quick scan, thanks! If you need larger pictures I can supply them immediately, I just saved the scans as small gifs so loading doesn't take too long!

 

I've provided links instead of pics for faster loading and select grading.

 

Two notes:

One) Yellow ink smudges on Green Lantern cover.

Two) White specs on Batman cover are from the bag (bag is sealed by DF so I didn't take out.) So all white marks on Batman are from the bag.

Batman 608 - 9.4

 

Fantastic Four 1 - 9.4 maybe a 9.6.

 

Green Lantern Rebirth 1 - 8.5 or less. The back kills it.

 

All are qualified grades because of the the signatures. CGC is tough on moderns so I graded them accordingly.

Thanks a lot. Oh man, the Green Lantern Rebirth set I bought was all signed, and listed as NM/M. Not only that but the guy bagged 3 comics per bag and marked as merchandise opposed to gift. That comicmonster ebay guy is terrible.

 

Now I want to scan my Green Lantern 1 signed by Alex Ross because that's probably the best condition comic I have..
