PGM Iron Man Sub-Mariner 1 0

Hello,

I am thinking of buying an Iron Man Sub-Mariner 1 but I am wary of the grade give it is likely low to mid. I am horrible at assessing those levels and could use a hand! I only have the seller images - I hope this is allowed on this forum. If not my apologies in advance!

the pics are really blurry I mean camera phones have come a long way to still get blurry photos... 

but from what I can see the pages look tight to the staples can't see spine for back cover but back cover looks good I just see general spine ticks and wear and some folded creases in bottom that looks to go through some interior page. so I would be at a 4.5 -5.0 because of blurry pics that might hide more defects than I can see..

Definitely seems mid grade
