Hooey  V5 #3, February 1936

Early example of  the  typical  men's cheesecake  cartoon  magazine,  with  plenty  of   pretty gals  in   evening gowns  or   lingerie,  and plenty  of
silly prose jokes  to boot.  By  today's  standards,  it's downright  wholesome.

32 b&w pages plus  color cover,  BC  has a  good sized tape pull,  light  sub-type  crease FC,  pencil FC,   staples  a  bit rusty with a touch of migration.   Tight,  flat,   white pages.

Asking  $15

You are digging deep this time Rick. Your place must be like mine!  :roflmao:

Seems like I should do another "mixed thread" myself...

Who,  ***me?***  lol

I  spent the spring, summer,  and  early  fall  digging out  the  garage,   moved out  approximately  50  longboxes  worth  of   hardcovers,  paperbacks,  and magazines,
all stuff  that  just  accumulated over the last  several  years.   Eleven  longboxes  of  my  Beloved's  cookbooks  alone.  The local  AAUW,  Friends of the Library  bookstore, and  the  church  resale store that   helps  feed  the  local  homeless  all  made  out  like  bandits,  :D

I had  no choice,   there was  so much  stuff piled up  that  I  couldn't  build  a  fire  in the woodstove in the garage,  I woulda  burnt it  to  the ground.

FINALLY!  I've  dug  down to the interesting  stuff.
