Brilliant Idea!!

There can be an entire sub-genre of super-hero bowel movements, super-hero laundry folding, super-hero law maintenance, super hero waiting at the atm, etc etc etc.

Ever notice how in movies and tv shows that "supes never poops", what's up with that !?!

All the mundane day to day stuff that really makes for riveting imagery. lol

Clearly you are unfamiliar with Bill Wray's series of paintings inspired by scenes he had seen at cons, of cosplayers doing these things.

A google search will find a bunch.

Actually, I would like to see more of that. What does Batman do if he is on patrol and has to take a leak? Or does that costume of his also hide adult diapers? As I recall, Superman has occasionally used his heat vision to grill food. Whose the brave man who will ask Wonder Woman to set the table for dinner, or clean it afterwards?

I think Disney would be pissed off if they found artists drawing Frozen characters having graphic sex.

Disney’s kiddie characters are one thing. But adult women, or men, in pictures not intended for publication?

This entire subject and thread -especially the prudish comments- remains, to me, lollollol

Eric, thanks for posting the Bill Wray examples. I'm a great fan of both his comic and fine art styles but was not aware of the merging of the two. Brilliant execution and bluntly humorous.

Let me know when ya'll are ready discuss Stu Mead. I'm ready when you (any of you) are ;)

These are my favorites...the Supes is the best of the bunch.

Tim Vigil is one of the only artists I followed as a kid that still does top shelf work today. He has done some commissions for me, mainly of Grips (who he drew for Silverwolf).

At this time I'm going on a huge GOTG commission project. I've offered Tim several of the covers, but he has no interest in doing those. The only way I was able to get Tim to do GOTG was if it was adult in nature, lol. So, I got what I got. Happy I got it but I would really love if he would do a couple of the regular covers.

Feel free to pm the commission he did.
