What is the highest grade a Golden Age comic (EC early 1950s) could receive, assuming it is NM in every other way, with a 1/4" diagonal color-breaking crease on the bottom right corner of the front cover: VF- (7.5)?

9.4 in every other way? I would say an 8.5 in my amateur opinion.
