GPA Issues 8 8

I got the e-mail, logged in fine, but as soon as I try to look up a price, I'm told I need to login again.

Received the email to reset the password ... clicked on that link, and arrived at a '404 - File or directory not found' page!! GPA, I miss you already ...

"Password Reset Link" or something similar in the title of the email would have been helpful for those of us who don't open every one.

i got it working on my cell phone on safari but can't get it working on my desktop?? anyone else having this problem?

Not a fan of the new interface.  Lots of blank spaces, uses too much of the screen and takes a heck of a lot more scrolling.  My finger is already getting a work out. Lot more clicking required.  can I go back to the old interface?

The new interface sucks, I would prefer the original version.  super clunky.

Reset emails aren't being sent. Emailed them with no response so far.

I'll reserve final judgment until I live with it for a while.  That said, my initial impression is that the redesign is creating a lot more clicking.  I wonder if that was intentional to drive page views?  No idea.  But information is more spread out.  Hopefully, the mobile version is as compact as it was.

I want to encourage everyone who is unhappy with this interface change to make their voice heard, here as well as directly to GPA. This unannounced complete redesign has, in my opinion, vastly reduced the functionality of GPA. (In addition to immeasurably worse interface, response time has also suffered.)

I think at minimum GPA should allow use of the old interface for those who prefer it and are extremely familiar with it. 

I support GPA's desire to add functionality and support for its subscribers, but this should either be done gradually with sensitivity to customer reaction, or by allowing users to test a beta version of the total redesign and provide comments prior to making a determination to implement.

I believe that the additional time necessary to use the new interface combined with the confusion generated by this new interface is going to be quite costly for the community.

I have the opposite problem. Desktop working. iPhone not.

I am also getting this when I click on the reset password link

I was able to follow the link and reset my password and check out the new gpa but if I try to log in again i get an error message.

I got the email and tried the rest password link, but get and error message reading "There was a problem activating your account, please contact our support team."

I agree.

1. Why were are all of the expand tabs moved to the right side of the interface when your eye is focused on the left?

2. Why is the year not linked to expand the sales for the year like it used to be?

3. Why do I have to click the expand buttons twice just to get to the sales data?

4. Why is the first expand tab reveal only the graph? Do people really use the graph more than the actual sales data?
