Disappointing detail about Premium and Elite members 0

So I am a premium member and was going to upgrade next month. But I don't think I will because I just learned an interesting fact that I cannot find in any of the rules or exclusions when becoming a member. CGC decides when a credit can be used, they decide when discounts can be utilized. So if I wanted to submit books for Todd McFarlane to sign, none of the discounts or my credits will count for any of the fees. This to me is unfair especially since it is not listed in any disclaimers. And if CGC says this is not true I do have the email reply and the time and person of who I called to verify the email response. I love this company and what you offer, but if we are paying members we should be allowed to utilize our credit the way we want and our discounts should count.
