After the implementation of the Comics Code, Ajax had to find a way to stay in business because most of their comics were lurid Pre-code Horror. They acquired the rights to some Fox characters and started putting out superhero comics. The books failed, and most are now extremely scarce. There are only 4 copies of this book in the census.
