Newton Rings gone/less than before? 0

A recent batch I got back of signed GI Joe's barely had any of the dreaded Newton Rings.  Is the process getting better or did I just get lucky?

I know the pics aren't super clear, but imagine barely any Newtown Rings.  Bingo, you did it!

In the last two months I received back 11 books. Only in one I can observe newton rings. Not big deal.

That is about 9% failure. Would you accept 9% failure from a new automobile, or a new furnace or a prescription? Maybe not equal comparisons, I know, but it is a respected business with a continuing history of the same failure consistently. In that regard, it is a big deal to a lot of the customers.

Holy cow.  I just saw the Catwoman with crazy rings.  Guess I got super lucky.
