I go to the local con here every year and just browse. There are only one or two stalls that are worthwhile.

Last year I actually picked up quite a few books, I usually only pick up one or two.

This year I will scale back my weekly pull. I will also stop chasing after rare graded modern variants. No more statues either. My goal is to get at least one grail book that I have never owned. My top two are Avengers 4 or IH 181 CGC 9.0 or higher. Its gonna be a hard choice between the two once I have enough funny money saved.

Finish my Aquaman Vol.1 and Shazam! Vol.1 run, and start a Metamorpho, Spectre, Plastic Man, and JLA run. Still lookin for that cheap coverless B&B 28.

Also looking to fill in a early BA HOS run.

Goals for 2020:

Complete my inventory (stretch goal).

Expand my Marvel Funko Pop collection & find a patina Widowmaker from the Overwatch set.

Send a bunch of books to CGC.

Realistically, will be well short of all the runs, but have nice  "mini" runs of Planets, Wings, Rangers. Jungle is still way off.

Log and inventory all my Bakers.

Sell off my own original Silver, Copper, Modern books. All raw and all spectacular...lol

Continue collecting some OA pieces.

Send off a bunch to CGC, need a Wonderworld 7, Blue Bolt 105, some Weird, Science and Fantastic Fox covers. Finish off my Conan BWS 9.4 White run, and a Green Lantern 76 in 9.2 or better WP. Easy.

My 2020 goals?

To finish my Warren Eerie run, 3/4's of the way done now. I had finished my Vampirella and Creepy runs this year.

Then onto finding some hard to get Warren's like Heidi Saha, and House of Horror #1.

Then move onto Skywald horror runs, probably start with Psycho run first.

Easy right!

I'm making a list of about a dozen keys I'd like to chase. One for each month.

I'm six issues short of completing my Thor run (#126 - 256), so I'll probably prioritize chipping away at that over working on my other big runs that are missing far more books (Hulk, X-Men, etc), but I'm sure I'll still add to those here and there.

Then, I think I'd like to add significantly to my growing horror mag collection.

That's the big stuff.
