Authentic Police Cases #20 (Aug 1952, St. John) G/VG 3.0 Two quarter inch tears at spine that go through the book. Large crease across bottom of cover with some color break. Off-white pages. Only 5 copies in the CGC Census. $150

Authentic Police Cases #21 (Sep 1952, St. John) Good- 1.8 Heavy spine wear. Cover detached at top staple and loose at bottom staple. Tear about halfway down splash page. Off-white pages. Only 1 copy in the CGC Census. $50

I believe 20 is a baker cover although it's not credited anywhere. CGC graded copies do not acknowledge it in the notes.

Maybe you can find his signature on the cover.  Some covers have his signature.

No signature but I believe it to be a baker cover. Grand Comics Database gives him the cover credits.

First one - yes but second one GCD didn't mention who did the cover.  I can tell it's Baker's.

20 is definitely a Baker cover, as correctly credited at Grand Comics Database and in Matt Baker: The Art of Glamour. 21 is NOT Baker, and is not credited at GCD nor in the book.
