Book has a couple indention marks at the top possibly made due to "thumbing".  Probably be pressed out.  You could call it a VF/NM, but I think its better than that.

Y THE LAST MAN # 2 ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO #60

That's 59 first printing issues of this sixty issue run.  All books average out to NM-/NM with the possible VF/NM copy sprinkled about, but the majority in glossy NM rack fresh condition.

One of the main reasons I place a VF/NM tag on those few is due to white cover spines that show everything or just a smidge of storage wear.

If you have a number one and have always wanted the rest of the set, then here you go. Word has it that there is a TV show in the works, so I'd say now is a good time to jump in.

Lets price this set at a little less than individual cover price... ALL 59 ISSUES FOR $175

Main problems with this book is just edge wear primarily across the top cover.

Pretty sure this is the 1st appearance of "HER"...not to be confused with 'HIM".  Did they ever introduce "THEY"?

FANTASY MASTERPIECES # 4 - 1979 SERIES - GLOSSY NM-/NM COPY - $15

Pretty black classic cover.  Can't afford a high grade Silver Surfer #4 for your man-room, then this will do.

Did you know that if I listed this book in the G/S/B section (it is Bronze since it came out in 1979)...and put the thread title as "HIGH GRADE THOR & SILVER SURFER BATTLE ISSUE FOR SALE CHEAP"...it would be pulled as being "false advertising" and deemed a "misleading thread title" by moderation.  It's always who you know kids...
