This would probably grade higher but has these defects: - a very small bindery tear at the bottom and a pair of small tears on the right side; - a tiny discoloration mark on the spine; - a blunted bottom right corner on front cover. All defects are visible in the scan. Now I recall… That was my own copy, before I upgraded to a FN bought from October. It’s still more solid than the other one I sold (the one I recalled with the "delicate top"). I think the bindery issues on this one are probably not hammered as much by CGC if graded. That production tear on the bottom center edge is quite common on this book for some reason...
