Just joined- Looking for a particular mystery comic 0

I have been searching for a comic from the 70s. It had several mystery/horror stories in one issue. In particular I am looking for one where a guy was scaring a lady through a window dressed as a monster that looked like Noseferatu. 
 

The end of the story involves the guy’s makeup fading away, revealing a human who was not really a monster.

I seem to remember it being a double issue.
 

Any help locating this particular comic would be most appreciated.

Do you recall any details of the cover image? That could help narrow it down a bit!

I can’t remember the cover. Think it was mid 70’s with an oversized issue.

Magazine, 100 pager, 52 pager, Dollar Comic, etc.
