How in the world can this issue grade at 9.8 with all the obvious flaws? What am I missing?

They themselves don't have the flaws, it's just printed to "look" that way, but I've seen some before and none of them were collectable to me so I don't remember title names.

I just know that it's been done :foryou:

 

it has indeed...I remember when I first got some in from diamond thinking "wow, this is damaged" only to realize it was intentional
