Graders Notes Question
1 1

4 posts in this topic

I recently bought a JIM83 3.0 and am trying to decide if I want to crack, press and resubmit it. It doesn't appear cleaned or pressed to me.

In looking at the notes, the first thing mentioned is a 'bend full right of whole book'...which objectively sounds press-able (obviously the tears and color breaks are not).

My question is, since its the first thing mentioned, does this mean the grader felt it was the biggest problem with the book?

Is order of the notes relevant at all?

Thanks

There is no relevance to order and severity.  I've had many books CPR'ed which had one or more fixable issues actually fixed and come back the same grade.  That Jim83 looks like a typical 3.0.  I just the Jim83 below back from CGC yesterday.  It was a 2.5.

would love to see the before and after notes on this...
