question about a case issue 0

i recently purchased a cgc graded book, it's a 9.4.. as you can see from this picture, the bottom right of this mint book has been creased from the case being shaken. this seems like an issue that might press out. however, the book is also a pedigree label. can i have a pedigree book pressed and retain the pedigree?

Yes of course. Just submit the book without removing from its case. Please note: If submitting to be pressed and regraded, the book may not retain its original grade.
