I have a question that maybe one of you could answer. If CGC slabbed an unsigned comic a 9.8, do they guarantee that it will still be a 9.8 if you wanted to get it signed and reholdered? Short answer is, no CGC doesn't do that kind of guarantee, unfortunately ........ Many people have cracked 9.8's to sign and have had them come back 9.8, enough to say that it happens all the time, but no there isn't a guarantee. Best you might do is pay for the press for the "in-house signing", which is only $20 more than the signing itself and is promised a special TAT of only 6 weeks, compared to the 3 weeks guaranteed for grading TAT only..... I like the colors on this one. A rare combination by Larry Stroman and Frank Cirocco reprinting Marvel Preview #2 and Marvel Super Action #1 with a new story by Mike Vosburg (the artist who drew Punisher Limited Series #5). The editing on this book wasn't great as they credited Vosburg's story to Russ Heath and misspelled Gray Morrow's name on the inside front cover.
