Zip Comics #44 4.0 Nice OW\WP (was graded 4.5 by competitor) only 3 listed on the CGC census.  Book is very supple in hand.

Was going to send this in for a regrade but will attempt a sale here first.
1" tear top of FC by the "P", bit of a spine split bottom of FC, a little chipping bottom and top of spine. Price in pencil top left BC.  Cool Date stamp top right BC.
