Just wanted to get a rough idea on the grading these two comics would receive. 

 

 

When i am back home ill re-scan with a colored background. As for visible defects; there is some kind of dried adhesive at the tops of both the front and the back, its can be clearly seen in the pictures.

I'd put this in the 3.0 range IMO.

Cool book! I'd love to have one in any condition! If it weren't for that tape residue it may be in the 4.0 range but I do agree with the others, with this defect it would probably grade at 3.0. Thanks for sharing!
