There is a tear on the bottom back cover that is about 3/4" long.

It’s a small chunk that’s still barely attached on the bottom edge of the back cover

Without the piece missing I would estimate about a 7.5.  Due to the size of the barely hanging on piece I think the technical grade would be around a 3.0. Since that's the only real flaw, the book could possibly achieve a 4.5.

I have a 5.5 and this looks nicer than mine , even with the tear in the back I think you’ll get at least a 6-6.5

Thank you everyone!

The dealer I bought it from had it listed as F/VF on their site so I was pretty disappointed when I got it yesterday and saw the tear on the back. With that tear, I thought the highest it could probably get is a 5.5 so it’s good to hear some of you think it could be a little better.
