After inspecting it I noticed one of the corner locking mechanisms has either come loose or broken. It opens up large enough for the tag and possibly the comic to slide out. I purchased this from a seller on ebay. Is the only way to make sure it hasn't been tampered with to get it re-boxed and graded by CGC? Or am i being over paranoid? But it's unlikely the comic was replaced if that's the only broken spot. This could have been tampered with as that's one of the safety features that tells you if the slab could of been tampered with... the only way to know if the book is that grade and stuff would be to regrade but why take that risk I would just send it back and talk to the seller unless you can work something else out.. but definitely something to be aware of.
