I wouldn't recommend spending the money to get this issue graded -- it's not a major or minor (or any) key, and not old enough to grade in order to assure a buyer of the value. Between shipping and the CGC fee, you'd be better off trying to sell it on FB -- you'd probably net about the same or slightly more with less hassle.
