In April 2017, Image Comics celebrated its 25th Anniversary. To commemorate its birthday, a limited edition of 1992 Blind Boxes were produced containing a randomly selected collection of 25 polybagged Image comics. The comics included in these boxes comprised six different, limited edition, cover variants of the 17 new-for-2017 series - 102 in total.
