How will large marker lines over store stamp affect grade?

I am having my collection evaluated by a CGC dealer to sell. He found this store stamp on the Fantastic Four #50 with two marker lines (1-10/16””x3/8” & 1-1/2”x7/16”) through part of the address of the store stamp. I had graded the comic a FN 6.0 before this defect.  How would this affect the grade?

Does the marker bleed through the page and\or the inner pages?

It affects the inside of the back page but not the inner pages.

I'd agree that 5.0 is a reasonable grade for this...

That really unfortunate. The store stamp would have had no impact at this grade level and also provides a peek into its history. The medicine was far worse than the disease.

That stamp, or what's left of it, has my interest piqued.  Anyone ever deal with "Comic King" in Brooklyn?  Were/are they a store or mail order only?  Any monster books show up there?

I would say 6.0 to 5.0 it would drop it a bit
