Incredible hulk 181 and stamp 1 1

Hi Im curious how much does a missing value stamp effect the grade of a copy of hulk 181 or does it just give it the green Qualified label. Example let’s say there is a copy of hulk 181 graded at 7.5 and if the same copy if the value stamp is removed how much does it lower the grade. Are does it stay a 7.5 just which a green Qualified  label now. I’m know value wise it’s worth a lot less because it’s Incomplete.

Here are some recent Ebay sales of 6.5, both with stamp (blue label) and without stamp (green label).

I would guess that it doesn't lower the grade.

I've looked at many of the 7.5-8.5 qualified copies and never really felt like "That's a 9.0-9.2 copy."

There are also 16 qualified 9.4 -9.6 grades noted in the census, so it's hard to picture those copies being better, and then being downgraded because the stamp is missing
