• #19 - coverless. Missing first two pages of the Superman story
• #21 - missing first five pages of Superman story and all of the Batman story
• #37 - piece out of Superman splash and missing last page of Batman story and last ad page and back cover.
• #48 - Superman story and Green Arrow story complete. All else missing.

That is correct.  Read the fine print... "No board member shall sell a comic listed in another board members signature line want list without a 'first right of refusal' aka 'dibs' to said board member."
