CGC's Next Private signing should be either Jim Lee or Rob Liefeld

not everyone can make it to cons

Just another thing to keep in mind -- if I'm correct that you're proposal is riding off of the recent McFarlane signing -- McFarlane typically only does about one or two authorized Signature Series signings per year, and most, if not all, of those were through a particular facilitator that many people hold an extremely low opinion of.  So McFarlane's private signing through CGC was a legitimately rare occurrence.

Jim Lee and Rob Liefeld don't have any such restrictions on yellow label signatures, so there's no reason for CGC to go out of their way for those guys.  Just be prepared to pay their ever increasing fees, be it in person or through a facilitator.

You forgot the add-ons!

$500 - walking by Rob's table

$1,000 - having another creator sign your comic with Rob in the building

$5,000 - buying any comic that Rob worked on

$10,000 - buying any comic that a competent artist worked on

$100,000 - expecting Rob to draw feet

$1,000,000 - living in the same reality as Rob Liefeld

Of course, these are a little harder to collect, but not for lack of trying...

That'll be a baggage fee of $25 for mentioning wob's name and providing free advertising 5 times..... after 3 times in a mirror he shows up to bill you, the 4th and 5th time he is trying to collect

There should be a contest:

"CGC'S NEXT TOP SIGNING!"

And Tyra Banks can host...

Listen...if they can get Todd, they can get Barry.

Just tell Barry "we're giving you X amount of dollars up front, in exchange for you not going after anyone for selling in the future."

Barry's not stupid...he's just greedy.

Assuage his greed, and you can make it work.
