This is a PCH book- what page quality to you thing it would receive?  Tan/OW? Cream/OW? OW?

I would say Off-white.

Further oxidation at the edges may ding the grade rather than reduce overall PQ.

Please keep in mind that page quality can vary within the book. Sometimes the splash page will be nicer than the centerfold, or vice versa. And different light sources can make a big difference in assigning proper page quality. I prefer natural light in order to get the best idea of the true page quality of any given book. 

Because this book appears to have mostly white pages (but it does seem a bit darker on the top and bottom edges) I would say it falls within the range of Off-White to White, and I don't think even the harshest grader would assign less than Off-White. 

For a PCH book, this is actually very nice...
