PGM Interior pages / printing defect?

Hi,

I have a 9.8 candidate New Mutants #99.  Inspecting the interior of the comic, I am seeing a lot of what appears to be printing defects w/ ink transfer. 

This doesn't appear to be transfer of ink while bagged & boarded, because the opposite page is not matching the ink pattern.  

How will this affect CGC grading - assuming the rest of the book (back and front cover) are 9.8?
