Value of Hellboy: the fury #3 retailer incentive variant death of Hellboy? 0

Hi I’m new to the CGC community, I’m needing some help on value of some of my modern variant CGC books I want to sell. 

I have Batman #608 retailers incentive CGC 9.6

siege #3 Deadpool variant CGC 9.6

hellboy: the fury #3 retailer incentive variant CGC 9.6, only 38 universal CGC, only 5 SS on the census, expensive variant??

GPA

GPA can be misleading, even when it is accurate.  No sales in 2019, the most recent CGC 9.8 sale was in 2018 when a seller put up a Buy It Now on a CGC 9.8 for $570 and it sold in minutes.  The prior 9.8 sale in 2018 was $2,000.  No 9.8 sales since.  

Did the price "drop" to $570 from $2,000 or did the $570 sale represent a seller basically giving away a $2,000+ book?

A raw copy described as 8.5 sold for $470 a few months after the Buy It Now $570 CGC 9.8.
